Sarah Buchko
Founder and Executive Assistant
With over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles ranging from banking to leadership, each one shaping how I approach service, responsibility, and execution.
My career began in banking, where I developed a strong foundation in client service, attention to detail, and professionalism. As I grew into more advanced and licensed roles, I gained a deeper understanding of financial operations and the importance of accuracy, trust, and consistency in every interaction.
In my most recent role, I served on the leadership team of a growing organization, where I supported executive leadership during a critical phase of growth. This experience gave me a front-row seat to the realities leaders face - the constant demands, competing priorities, and the weight of decision-making. It also reinforced the importance of stewardship, ownership, and disciplined execution in building a strong, sustainable business. During this time, I also gained hands-on experience implementing and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), helping bring structure, accountability, and clarity to the organization.
I founded Avara Executive Services out of a deep passion for supporting leaders in a meaningful and impactful way. My goal is to come alongside leaders as a trusted partner - bringing order to complexity, protecting their time, and ensuring that the right priorities move forward. I care deeply about the work I do and the people I support. I believe that when leaders are supported well, they are able to lead better, grow stronger organizations, and ultimately have a greater impact.
When I’m not supporting leaders, I’m pouring that same energy into my family. My husband, Devin, and I are busy raising our two boys, Dominic and Cameron, which means life is full, loud, and always moving. You can usually find us at a sporting event, a concert, or spending time with friends and family, soaking up the moments that matter most.
